How to get your check 

Most of the time we are able to save you money on your vacation. 
When we can’t, we want to Thank You for giving us a call with a $25 Thank You check that can be used in any way you wish.
We hope you will remember to call us the next time you plan your vacation.

Requesting your Thank You check is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

  1. If we are unable to beat your vacation price from one of our vacation price guarantee Participating Vendors, we will give you a check redemption code.

  2. Print and complete your Redemption Form and send us the form and a copy of ALL of your travel documents to enable us to confirm that you took the same vacation that we were unable to beat the price on. Submissions can only be accepted after you have completed your vacation. Your Redemption form and proof of vacation booking and travel validation documents submission must be postmarked within 21 days after the return date of your vacation.
  1. After receipt of your Redemption Form and valid redemption code we will compare the travel documents you sent for the vacation you took with the vacation details and price that we were not able to beat. If they are the same then we will issue you a $25 Thank You check subject to our  Terms and Conditions.  

 

Terms and Conditions ...

1. The package or hotel (no airfare only) must be available to the general US public for booking at the time you call us, and we must be able to verify availability and price and be able to book the package for you with one of our participating vendors.
2. The package has to be exactly the same package including all taxes and fees in US dollars (if it is not the same it is different).
3  The following are not valid for the price guarantee: some special packages only available from a specific vendor, special prices such as group rates, rewards, membership programs, corporate discounts, auctions, mystery packages where you don't know all the details of the trip itinerary until after the booking, time share promotions, special coupons, special promotion codes, loss leader packages, vendor restricted packages such as Sandals and Beaches, printing errors, fraud, our own prices, or prices from ourselves, our subsidiaries, or our affiliates, and other packages that are similar to these, are not valid for this program as determined in our sole discretion. 
5. If we cannot beat the package price by at least $25 we will give you a redemption code to use for redemption of your $25 check. See Terms and Conditions
6. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to change, modify, discontinue, or restrict the availability of this program at any time, for any reason or no reason, to any person without prior notice or liability, other restriction may also apply. Only one check per travel itinerary or redemption code.
7. Any changes to the program do not affect any checks that we may have issued to you.
8. Program void where taxed or prohibited by law.

 

  

Travel Verification 

  1. You will need to provide a copy of ALL your travel documents from the travel provider. These documents must show ALL the details of your travel arraignments, the travel dates, the airline and airfare level, and the hotel room category so we can verify you booked the same vacation that you asked us to quote for you.
  2. Copy of your payment confirmation so we can verify the amount that you paid for the vacation is the same as the quote you gave us.
  3. Copy of your airline boarding pass seat assignment stub and copy of your hotel checkout document so we can verify you took the vacation.
  4. NOTE: We just need to verify your trip. We do not want any of your important personal information. We do not want a copy of your Social Security number, Passport number, or your Credit Card number. If these appear on any of the documents you send to us please black them out.
  5. Properly completed redemption form with redemption code sent in with the above travel documentation, postmarked within 21 days after your return from your travel. Redemptions will not be accepted before the return from your travel or after 21 days after your return.

Do I have to use my check or voucher on travel booked by you.

NO! The check or American Express Cash Card we send you can be used for anything you wish with no restrictions.

I called for a price but you would not give me a guarantee redemption code.

I sent my documents to you and you did not send me a check.

We generally process your submission within two weeks or receipt. If you have not received your check within 30 days of submission, please call us toll free 800 535 6929. Please have your redemption code so we can access your file. 

I sent my documents to you and you did not send me a check.

We are glad you gave us a chance to quote your vacation travel. Even though we were not able to save you money on your trip, we want to send you the $25 check so you will hopefully call us again the next time you plan your travel. We want to be your choice for your vacation travel. We only make money when we  book your vacation. If you are mad at us because we did not send you a check, you won’t ever call us again and we won’t make any money. If your travel qualifies for a $25 price guarantee, we really want to send you a check because we want your business.  

However, some number of people try to fool us into giving them a check under questionable pretenses. We have to practice good business management, and guard against invalid submissions, and sometimes we have to reject a submission. Below are the most common causes for not getting a check due to rejected submission.

  1. The customer sends in all of the documents, but the price the customer gave us, or the details of the travel do not exactly match the price, or details on the travel documents. We ask for a copy of all of your travel documents so we can verify that it is a real booking for a real price and that you took the trip. We can't send out checks for travel booking that we can't verify. If you don’t send us all of your documents so we can verify the travel and price details, and that you took the trip, we cannot send you a check.
     

  2. The customer sends in some but does not send in ALL of the travel documents, and we are unable to verify the price, or the travel details, or determine if travel has occurred. We cannot send a check if we can’t verify that the travel details and price are the same and that the travel has occurred.
  3. The customer gives us a price ...  for example $875 per person including all taxes and charges and the best price we can quote is $910. In this situation you would qualify for a $25 check.  However sometimes when people get ready to pay the other vendor for their travel they realize that the $875 price they thought they had and that they quoted to us did not include some tax or charge and the total price was really $950. We would have beaten the real price if we had had correct information. In this case your travel documentation would show you paid $950 not the $875 that you said you were quoted. You have to buy the package for the price we could not beat. We cannot send you a check if the price you gave us does not match the price or detail information you originally gave us on the phone. 
  4. The customer gives us a price ... for example $875 per person including all taxes and charges and the best price we can quote is $910. In this situation you would qualify for a $25 check.  However sometimes the customer changes the date, or hotel, or some aspect of the trip after talking with us. You have to take the same trip you asked us to quote on. If the details are not the same they are different. We might have been able to beat price of the changed trip. We cannot send you a check if you have changed the details of the trip after talking with us and getting a quote.
  5. The customer sends in their redemption form and documentation before they return from the trip.  We can only accept your documentation AFTER your return because only after you return do you have the documents such as airline seat assignment, hotel bill receipt, etc proving that you actually went on the vacation. We cannot accept travel documentation before the return of your trip because we can not verify that you did not cancel your trip. We can not issue a check unless we can verify you went on the trip. 
  6. The customer finds a great deal last week or yesterday, and calls us today to see if we can give them a better price. We only make money when we make a booking for your travel. So we want to find the deal that you have and give you a better price. Unfortunately, sometimes the deal is gone, the price has gone up, or the package is no longer available since first you looked at the price. The deal must be available when you call us. We can not give you a price guarantee on yesterdays, or last weeks price. We can only give you a better price or a price guarantee check based on the price available at the time you call. Please make sure the deal is still available when you call us.   
  7. The customer sometimes sends in their redemption form and documentation after the 21 day period. To enable us to handle our office in an efficient manner we cannot accept documents that have been postmarked longer than 21 days after the return travel date. We cannot send you a check if you do not postmark your documents within the 21 day period.
  8. The customer sees our Price Guarantee after they have already booked their travel with someone else... OOOps. They send in all the travel documents and the redemption form and they make up a fake redemption code. Good try ... but we check the documentation and the redemption code for validity before we send out a check. We can not send you a check with an invalid redemption code, or a code that has already been used for redemption. NOTE ... If you have just booked your travel with someone else and you call us and we have a better deal, if it is within 24 hours, sometimes, depending on the vendor you make be able to cancel your other booking and then book with us and save money. 

 

Why don't you include other companies like Travelocity, Expedia, etc in your vendor list for a price match guarantee?

We are authorized representative agents of most of the major source vendors that own or charter airplanes and create the packages. We are working on expanding our list. We are frequently lower than Travelocity and Expedia and we are considering adding them to our list.
